Are the Auctions Proxy style?

Yes, there is automatic bidding (Max Bid) and is incremented with the following bid increments.

Can you cancel orders after they have been placed?

How do I bid?

For a user to bid on an item they must first register. Click into a LIVE AUCTION, the user can bid from the main page or click into the item and bid as well. Each time the user returns the site and clicks the bid button they must agree to the auction terms of use. A user can bulk bid by selecting the box next to the bid button and click the bid selected items button at the top right of the page. Users have the option to type their bid in or use the (- & +) buttons to increase the bid. Upon bidding the user will receive a message stating the status of their bid. If the user bids and is winning the item there will be a green “Winning” symbol over the item. If the user did not surpass the max bid of the winning users bid then there is a “Next Required Bid” section that tells the user the next required bid, NOT the next required bid to win the item.

I mis-typed and mis-bid! What do I do?

If you miss typed a bid, please write a request to support@jumblehub.com explaining your mistake. All bids are final, however, if the reason for bidding is deemed an accident then the bid may be removed. Pay close attention when bidding on an item.

Do I have to register?

For a user to bid on an item they must first register. Users do not have to register for BUY IT NOW items.

What are the bid increments?

LIVE AUCTIONS is a Proxy style bidding where there are Automatic Bids (Max Bid).

What does the starting bid have to be?

The starting bid for all auctions will start at $0.01. Any items that are won that are less than $.50 will automatically be increased to $.50 when the auction ends due to STRIPE transaction fees. The first bid will automatically be placed at $0.01.

How do I pay for items that I have won in a Live Auction?

All auction items will be automatically processed at 11:59 PM CST following the end of an auction. When a user registers and places their first bid a STRIPE Payment Gateway form will pop-up for the user to fill out their billing information, agree to the terms and conditions and then enter your payment information. All payment information is stored on STRIPES serves and Jumblehub is 100% PCI compliant.

Return & Refunds

How do I request a refund?

A refund request can be submitted via the contact/support page. List your full name, email address and your reason for requesting a refund.

Is there a limit to how many purchases I can request a refund for?

There is not a limit on the number of times a user can request a refund. However, all sales are final unless Jumblehub.com miss represents an item in the listing. Such as describing a product as “NEW” when it is a “USED” product. No refund for missed pick up times or bids placed in error.

What can I request a refund for?

What if I received a damaged, defective or wrong item?

All Items must be viewed in person during the viewing hours for the auction. If a user has viewed the item and deems that the item has been misrepresented or is no longer in the same condition when viewed items may be subject to refund.

Shipping Policies

Can I expedite my shipping?

All shipping is through USPS and is Priority Mail. Packages are expected to be delivered within 1-5 Business Days from the time the item is processed.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

No, we only ship Domestic USPS in the United States of America.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Packages are expected to be delivered within 1-5 Business Days from the time the item is processed.

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping is calculated based off the weight and dimensions of the product followed by the location. All prices are calculated by USPS.
